๐ผ Defending Champs Set The Schedule. UTSA soccer unveiled its full 18-game 2026 slate, featuring 11 home matches as the Roadrunners look to defend their American Conference tournament title. The schedule opens with the Battle for I-35 against Texas State on Aug. 12 before a road trip to TCU, which finished No. 4 nationally last season.
Non-conference play also features visits from Colorado College, Santa Clara, and crosstown rival UIW. American Conference action begins Sept. 24 at East Carolina, with marquee matchups including a trip to three-time defending regular-season champion Memphis and home dates against Rice, UAB, and Tulsa. Head coach Derek Pittman, extended through 2030 this spring, has guided UTSA to two conference titles, two NCAA appearances, and a .581 winning percentage over the past five seasons.
