Good Morning, UTSA Fam. UTSA women's track & field placed six student-athletes on the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District Team: repeat honorees Ida Breigan, Nyaluet Diew and Edlin Laur, joined by first-timers Lauralyn Clifford, Selma Ims and Mia Lien. Breigan leads the way with a fifth All-America certificate and a sweep of the American Conference indoor and outdoor long jump titles, all while carrying a 3.78 GPA in cyber security. All six advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with honorees announced July 15.

🔼 Get Your Seats. Single-game tickets for the 2026 UTSA volleyball season are on sale now at goUTSA.com/vbtickets, with adults getting in for $10 and children or military for $8 (plus fees). Season tickets are also available for $65, with reserved seating in Section 102 at $90. The Roadrunners will host 13 matches at the Convocation Center this season, including a pair of home tournaments and eight American Conference contests. Groups of 15 or more can call the Ticket Office at 210-458-8872 for group deal details.

🔼 Leading The Way. UTSA Athletics' First Generation campaign picked up another major honor, earning first place in the American Marketing Association San Antonio Chapter's Higher Education/K-12 category at the annual Marketing Excellence Awards on June 17. It marks the second recognition this month alone, following the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators ChangeMaker Innovation Award earned earlier in June.

The campaign, which made UTSA the first school in the nation to put specially designed jersey patches on the uniforms of first-generation college student-athletes, generated more than 65,000 social media impressions on its first day and drew national attention from ESPN's SportsCenter.
