UTSA Baseball picked up its third AAC series win after a weekend doubleheader with UAB.

Good morning, Roadrunners Fam. The Roadrunners split with UAB in the Saturday doubleheader. UTSA won game one 6-3 before falling 6-13 in the second game on Saturday, April 5, in Birmingham, Alabama. The ‘Runners picked their third AAC series win.

In the second game of the doubleheader, UTSA recorded seven doubles for a new season high. Mason Lytle now has 17 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI games.

🔼 Put a Bow On It. The UTSA Roadrunners defeated UT Arlington 4-0 on Friday, April 4, at the UTSA Tennis Center.

The Roadrunners close out the regular season 18-4 with their win over UT Arlington—their ninth home win of the year. UTSA is now 71-29 in singles play with their three wins today.

UTSA will head to the AAC Championship on Thursday, April 17, in Memphis, Tennessee.

🔼 Battle of Birds Favors ‘Runners On Sunday. The UTSA men’s tennis team (8-10) split the weekend on Sunday by toppling 69th-ranked Rice (12-9) on its home court at George R. Brown Tennis Center. After taking the doubles point, the Roadrunners rolled on in singles to clinch the match on Danijal Muminovic’s court-two victory that set the stage for a 4-3 Roadrunners win.
