Good Morning, UTSA Fam. UTSA women's golf placed three Roadrunners on the All-American Conference Team, the second-most of any school behind Tulsa's four!

Senior Daniela Abonce earned her third career all-conference nod after posting a 74.7 stroke average and tying for seventh at the conference championship. Fellow senior Lauren Rios picked up her first career honor on the strength of a team-leading 74.3 average, and true freshman Victoria Schuldt capped an impressive debut by tying for fifth at the conference tournament as the top freshman finisher. The trio helped UTSA finish third at the American Conference Championship, its best result in three years in the league.

🔼 Double Digits. UTSA baseball’s bats exploded in a big way last night as the Roarunners downed Incarnate Word, 22-10, in a midweek run-rule victory. Jordan Ballin went 4-for-4 with an RBI, while Cade Sadler hit a homer and drove in two, Josh Arquette drove in five and went deep, Lane Hawthorn belted two homers en route to his five RBI performance, and Caden Miller and Drew Detlefsen each added three RBIs. Sam Simmons picked up the win on the mound for the Roadrunners, who open a three-game homestand against Wichita State on Friday at 6 p.m.

🔼 Last Call. UTSA's annual Rowdy's celebration is set for May 6 at Pedrotti's Ranch at 6 p.m., featuring comedian Steve Treviño, and the deadline to purchase tables and tickets is this Friday! The online auction site is live now with unique experiences and items supporting Roadrunner student-athletes. Table purchases are tax-deductible, and fans can also "Adopt-a-Team" to make a direct impact on UTSA programs.

🔼 Final Round. UTSA men’s golf’s Logan Vargas fired a 2-under 70, UTSA's best round of the week so far, to jump 18 spots into a tie for 26th heading into today’s final round of the American Conference Championship. Vargas rattled off three birdies in a four-hole stretch on the front side, highlighted by a two on the par-3 seventh. Freshman Joshua Hong sits one shot behind Vargas in a tie for 31st after a second straight 73. The Roadrunners are 10th in the team standings with the final round airing this morning on ESPN+. UTSA tees off at 7:33 a.m.

🔼 New Addition. UTSA men's basketball landed its first incoming transfer of the offseason in point guard Josiah LeGree from Morehead State. The Baltimore native led the Eagles with 115 assists and a 3.3 per-game clip last season while helping Morehead State share the Ohio Valley Conference regular-season title. The 6-foot sophomore shot 43.9 percent from the field and 36.9 percent from three, and Coach Austin Claunch praised his ability to score at all three levels.
