UTSA Baseball faces Charlotte in the first conference series this season, with both teams having 12 wins a piece against one another.

Good morning, Roadrunners Fam. UTSA Baseball is set to face off against AAC foe Charlotte in a three-game series starting at 5 p.m. CT today, with game two starting at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, and the series finale beginning at Noon on Sunday, March 23, at Hayes Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.
The 17-6 Roadrunners will be matched up against the 10-9 Charlotte 49ers in a three-game conference seriesāthe first conference series the Roadrunners will play this season.
UTSA and Charlotte have played each other 24 times, with the series being split, as both teams have 12 wins.

š¼ The Sun Sets On a Stunning Season of Hoops. A historic 2024-25 campaign came to a close for the UTSA womenās basketball team on Thursday, as the squad suffered a 67-51 defeat at the hands of Gonzaga in the first round of the WBIT.
The Roadrunners (26-5, 17-1 The American) fell to the Bulldogs (23-10, 17-3 WCC), capping off a season that saw UTSA claim their first regular-season conference championship since 2008-09, as well as setting a new program record for wins in a campaign. In the effort, sophomore Sidney Love led the squad with 15 points, while redshirt senior Jordyn Jenkins posted 14 points with seven rebounds.

š¼ Officially āCanāt Touch Thisā Tennis. The UTSA womenās tennis team defeated Tyler JC 4-0 on Thursday, March 20, at home for the squadās 17th win.
UTSA is now 17-2 on the season moving to a 9-1 home record. The āRunners are 8-0 on the road and 0-1 in neutral site games.
The Roadrunners now hold a singles record of 68-22 and a doubles record of 32-16 on the year. This is the Roadrunnersā sixth 4-0 win of the season.

š¼ At Any Rateā¦ UTSA Athletics is offering discounted season tickets for all UTSA and UT Health San Antonio Faculty and Staff for the upcoming 2025 football season.
The 2025 schedule features an exciting home slate, including Texas State (Sept. 6) and UIW (Sept. 13). Conference home games include Rice (Oct. 11), Tulane (Oct. 30), East Carolina (Nov. 22) and Army (Nov. 28 or 29).
UTSA Faculty and Staff will receive a $20 discount on season football tickets in the Reserved, Prime, Charter and VIP price levels.

š¼ T-Swizzle Softball āNā More. The UTSA softball team is set to host Wichita State in AAC action this weekend, with a trio of games on the docket at Roadrunner Field. Competition will begin on Friday at 6 p.m. on Taylor Swift Night, and Saturdayās contest at 2 p.m. will serve as Greek Day. The series concludes on Sunday at 1 p.m., and the game will be themed around Bark at the Park.
The Roadrunners (13-14, 1-5 The American) fell to Lipscomb via the run rule last time out and will look to bounce back this weekend against the Shockers (13-14, 2-4 The American).

š¼ A Stoneās Throw Away From Great Competition. The UTSA menās and womenās track and field teams will kick off the Roadrunnersā outdoor season this weekend at the Park West Athletics Complex, hosting the UTSA Invitational today and tomorrow, March 21-22.
The two-day annual home meet will get underway at 10 a.m. CT this morning, opening up with the menās and then womenās javelin, followed at 2 p.m. by the hammer throw, shot put and long jump. For distance events, the teams will reconvene at 8:15 p.m. for the menās and womenās 3,000m steeplechase, followed by the womenās and menās 5,000-meter.

Putting an Exclamation Point On It. ICYMI! The UTSA baseball team defeated No. 8 Texas 8-7 in 12 innings on Tuesday night in Austin, Texas. This was the Roadrunnersā third win over a ranked opponent this year. The squad is now 3-2 against ranked opponents this year.
