Good Morning, UTSA Fam. Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Lisa Campos has been named a recipient of the NACDA Athletics Director of the Year honor! Campos was one of four recipients from the Football Bowl Subdivision, including Joe Castiglione (Oklahoma), Scott Dolson (Indiana) and Dan Radakovich (Miami).

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Holding Court. Both UTSA men’s and women’s tennis earned convincing wins over Southern Miss on Tuesday. The Roadrunner women beat the Eagles, 4-0, to improve to 8-1 at home this season, while the men swept their matchup, 4-0, for their second win in as many days.

🔼 Routine Re-Envisioned. It took fewer than two games in a UTSA Softball uniform for starting center fielder Samantha Mundine to elicit audible wows from the Roadrunner Field crowd.

In the sixth inning of the team’s game against No. 9 Nebraska on February 7, Mundine stretched to make a seemingly improbable catch up against the deepest part of the outfield wall, then threw to Makayla Madrid at first base to complete a thrilling double play.

That was only the beginning for the junior transfer from Luling, Texas.

🔼 Almost Time For Tipoff. UTSA women’s hoops will tip off against No. 1 seed UConn at 2 p.m. CT on Saturday in Storrs, Connecticut.
