Good Morning, UTSA Fam. On to the next! Cheyenne Rowe celebrated her birthday with a monster performance, 25 points and 11 rebounds, as the sixth-seeded Roadrunners knocked off No. 3 South Florida in the American Conference Tournament quarterfinals in Birmingham.

Idara Udo added a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double, marking the first time two UTSA players posted double-doubles in the same game since January 2025. Ereauna Hardaway chipped in 12 points with a pair of clutch threes, and Damara Allen grabbed nine boards. UTSA dominated the glass with 21 more rebounds and shot 44% to USF's 34%, closing the game on a decisive run after the Bulls had trimmed the deficit to two. The Roadrunners advance to today’s semifinal against No. 2 East Carolina at 8 p.m. on ESPN+.

🔼 Championships Time. Three-time All-Americans Ida Breigan and Jemuel Miller represent the Roadrunners at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Fayetteville today and tomorrow. Junior long jumper Breigan won her third straight AAC Indoor title and third consecutive Field Most Outstanding Performance Award, entering tied for ninth nationally at 6.52m (21-4.75). Junior triple jumper Miller returns to indoor nationals for the first time since a sixth-place All-America finish as a freshman in 2022 after missing two indoor seasons to injury, entering ninth nationally at a UTSA- and Barbados-record 16.42m (53-10.5). Breigan competes today at 4:45 p.m. CT; Miller jumps Saturday at 5 p.m. CT on ESPN+.

🔼 Going Global. Fresh off an outstanding UTSA career that included American Conference Newcomer of the Year and Second-Team All-Conference honors, Nina De Leon Negron is making her senior national team debut for Puerto Rico at the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup Qualifying Tournament in San Juan. De Leon Negron helped lead the Roadrunners to a regular season conference championship in 2025-26, averaging 9.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, 149 assists, and 46 steals across 30 games. She'll face Italy, the United States, Spain, Senegal, and New Zealand, with the top three teams from each qualifying tournament earning a spot in the 2026 FIBA Women's World Cup in Germany.
