Unfortunately, the ‘Runners suffered a 4-0 setback at the hands of Southeastern Louisiana at North Oak Park on Sunday, representing the final contest of the 2025 Lion Classic.

🔼 No Benchwarmers Here. Under the guidance of UTSA WBB head coach Karen Aston, this history-making squad has benefited from valuable contributions up and down its roster, a trait that will serve the Roadrunners well as they work to achieve their goals in postseason play.

“When you get into tournament play, you never know what’s going to happen,” Aston said. “Other teams focus on who I guess people think are our main scorers. The fact that we’re starting to get some major contributions from other players has really been the story of the last two games.”

🔼 Setting the Gold Standard. The UTSA men’s and women’s track and field teams began the final regular-season weekend’s competitions on Friday in Houston and Nashville. The Houston contingent at the Howie Ryan Invitational earned seven medals, including four golds on Friday.
