Good morning, Roadrunners Fam. UTSA head football coach Jeff Traylor announced that the program has inked ten student-athletes on the first day of the early signing period.

Half of the signees hail from the state of Texas, with two each from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Central Texas and one coming from the Greater Houston Area.

Four are projected to play on the offensive side of the ball, four are pegged for the defense, and two are specialists.

Of the ten signees, seven come directly from the high school ranks, and three are junior college transfers.

šŸ“ˆ STOCK UP

šŸ”¼ No Superstitions Here. The postponed UTSA menā€™s basketball home game against North Dakotaā€”disrupted by severe winter weather across the Rocky Mountains, impeding UNDā€™s ability to travelā€”has officially been rescheduled to Friday, Dec. 13, at the Convocation Center. The Roadrunners and Fighting Hawks will tip off at the Convo at 7 p.m. The game promotion will still be a White Out for fans in attendance, and tickets from the original game will be honored.

An in-season home-and-home, the teams will meet in Grand Forks, N.D., on Sunday, Dec. 15, as initially scheduled.

šŸ”¼ Left It All On the Court. Fueled by Marcus Millenderā€™s 21 points and 24 more from Primo Spears, the UTSA menā€™s basketball team (3-4) came roaring back in the second half at (RV) Saint Maryā€™s (8-1) on Tuesday, pushing the Gaels into overtime before falling short in a heartbreaker, 82-74, after nearly shocking SMC following a 23-point comeback.

UTSA will next travel to Fayetteville to face John Calipariā€™s highly-lauded Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday, Dec. 7, at historic Bud Walton Arena.
