Good Morning, Roadrunners Fam. Basketball season is just around the corner and you won’t want to miss your opportunity to catch the UTSA men’s and women’s teams at the Convocation Center this season. The first home game for the Roadrunners’ men is this Wednesday against the College of Biblical Studies, while the women open at home on November 13 vs. Texas State.

🔼 All-Conference Honors. Four UTSA soccer players earned spots on the 2025 American All-Conference team! Defender Kameron Kloza landed on the first team, the first Roadrunner to earn that recognition since 2022. Goalie Jasmine Kessler was honored on the second team, Zoe May landed on the third team, and forward Brooklyn Bailey earned a spot on the All-Freshman team.

🔼 Tourney Time. The bracket is set for the 2025 American Women’s Soccer Championship! The tournament will take place in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and gets underway today and runs through Nov. 9. The Roadrunners finished in a tie for third in the conference standings and earned the tournament’s fifth seed.

UTSA squares off against fourth-seeded UAB today in the quarterfinal round at 4 p.m. CT on ESPN+. The winner takes on the winner of No. 1 Memphis vs. No. 8 East Carolina on Thursday, Nov. 6.

🔼 50 Club. Congratulations to Coach Traylor, who earned his 50th career win at UTSA with Thursday night’s victory over Tulane!

🔼 Fresh Impact. UTSA cross country battled at the 2025 American Conference Cross Country Championships this weekend, and freshmen Ethan Carranza and Jocelyn Karry both earned All-Freshman team honors! Overall, the men’s team finished ninth with an average 8k time of 25:43.9, while the women landed at 12th in the 6k with an average time of 24:00.0.
