Good morning, Roadrunners Fam. The UTSA MBB team will unofficially kick off the 2024-25 season a little earlier than expected, as the Roadrunners will travel to Los Angeles to face the USC Trojans in an exhibition contest on Oct. 15.

Playing in a charity exhibition, UTSA will meet USC on Tuesday, Oct. 15, with a 7 PM PST (9 PM CST) tipoff at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California.

After returning from Los Angeles, the ‘Runners will officially kick off the 2024-25 season on Monday, Nov. 4, hosting a cross-town matchup with Trinity at the Convo.

🔼 No Divots in Dallas. UTSA Men’s Golf hits Dallas this week to play in the Trinity Forest Invitational, hosted by SMU through Tuesday at Trinity Forest Golf Club. This will mark UTSA’s sixth time to compete in the Trinity Forest Invitational. In their last appearance two years ago, Christian Fanfelle finished fifth to guide the Roadrunners to seventh place.

UTSA will line up against Abilene Christian, Furman, Louisiana, Louisiana Tech, Loyola Marymount, NC State, North Texas, Rice, San Francisco, SMU, UNLV, USC, UT Arlington and UTRGV. The field will play 18 holes each day. 

🔼 A Battle to the Buzzer. The UTSA Volleyball team fell 20-25, 25-23, 25-20, 11-25, 15-13 to Charlotte in American Athletic Conference action at Halton Arena on Sunday.

The Roadrunners (6-11, 0-4 The American) fell to the 49ers (4-13, 1-3 The American) despite double-doubles by junior Carolina Krueger, sophomore Annika Sokol and freshman Morgen Durgens.

UTSA will return to the Convocation Center with a Wednesday Student Appreciation clash against Tulane at 6 PM CST.
