Robert Henry Jr. lands on the Midseason Watch List for the Maxwell Award.

🤙The Official Newsletter For UTSA Athletics, brought to you by J-Prime

Good Morning, Roadrunners Fam. Winners of two straight games, UTSA will open American Conference action on Saturday, Oct. 4, against Temple. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. CT at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+. The Roadrunners and Owls both are coming off an idle week and will enter their third meeting on the gridiron with identical 2-2 records this season.

UTSA is 8-5 all-time in conference openers, including a 4-1 mark under sixth-year head coach Jeff Traylor. Two years ago, the Roadrunners played their first-ever American Conference game against Temple, scoring a 49-34 road triumph. This will mark the fourth straight and 10th time overall that UTSA has opened the league slate away from home.
